Owner Operated Services
The RailPod system is intentionally designed for easy operation, even by track workers with limited training. In relatively short training sessions, owner-operators can quickly and safely operate the RailPod technology. The system benefits from 24/7 “shadow” operations, where RailPod staff continuously monitor all movements to ensure uninterrupted inspection data. This commitment to monitoring ensures the highest level of service in the industry.
RailPod operations staff go beyond monitoring; they also provide valuable recommendations to customers. Based on usage patterns, they suggest service and maintenance actions to minimize downtime and prevent failures in the field.
